Lindsay Lohan was on hand for the Annual Friends of the Bumblebee council meeting yesterday. Lindsay has always been one to take her celebrity seriously and put others ahead of herself. The Bee council does important work, and having a celebrity on the council can only raise the visibility of some very important issues to the bee community.
I am really surprised that the Bumblebee council can actually get all their work done in one day. There are so many decisions to make about honey harvesting and honey quotas, as well as the ongoing pollen embargo with between the bees and the ants. I am just glad that they have updated the official bee council uniform since back in the 90’s when the guys from Blind Melon were the only celebrity members …
